It means timing the sale of a long-held property against finding the right next home, whether that's a single-level house, a lock-and-leave townhome, a smaller new build or a home closer to family. It also means preparing a home full of decades of memories for today's buyers, without rushing the people who lived there. Sariah plans these moves step by step, and she brings the patience and clear communication the transition needs.
She also represents buyers and sellers in new construction and manufactured homes, and she was named the team's Utah Life Cultural Icon after helping 21 new buyers in September 2026.
