Sariah Kolb
Sariah Kolb is a licensed real estate agent with the Utah Life Real Estate Group at eXp Realty and the go-to agent for the Salt Lake south valley, especially Suncrest and Draper. A specialist in Draper, Highland, Alpine, Bluffdale, and Sandy, she guides buyers and sellers across Salt Lake and Utah Counties with clear advice and straightforward communication. A top producer, Sariah has closed more than 20 transactions in 2026 and was named the Utah Life Cultural Icon after welcoming 21 new buyers in September alone.
Sariah has lived in the Salt Lake Valley for almost 50 years, and her roots run deep. She loves sharing her experience and knowledge of the world she lives in, and she loves helping people find their forever homes. She has lived in Suncrest for 17 years and raised her family in Alpine and Highland. She loves the foggy mornings, the magical mountain snow (sometimes four feet of it overnight), and the beautiful canyon drive up to a little piece of heaven above the valley. Wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, foxes, rabbits, hawks, and falcons are her neighbors, with the occasional golden eagle and elk. Suncrest is an oasis, just far enough from the chaos of the city.
For Sariah, the lifestyle is part of the home. Miles of hiking trails start right outside her front door, and multiple world-class ski resorts are within 30 minutes. American Fork, Provo, Big Cottonwood, and Little Cottonwood Canyons are close by for outdoor lovers, and Utah's incredible national parks are a short trip away. Suncrest and Draper are ideal for bikers, hikers, and anyone who loves living above the inversion. When she wants a break, you may find her at the aquarium or Thanksgiving Point. Sariah was involved in the 2002 Winter Olympics when Utah hosted, and she is looking forward to the Games returning to Salt Lake City in 2034.
Early in her career, Sariah found her niche in manufactured and mobile homes, truly affordable living that gives first-time homeowners a way to start their journey to homeownership and build wealth. Helping those buyers has been one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She has deep expertise in financing, titling, HUD-code distinctions, and converting chattel to real property, a specialty most agents avoid. She also specializes in luxury properties, new construction, and downsizing transitions, and she works in Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Lehi, and Saratoga Springs.
Whether you are buying your first home, selling a family home, purchasing new construction, or downsizing to your next chapter, Sariah brings local knowledge, honest guidance, and care to help you find your forever home.
