Sariah has lived in the Salt Lake Valley for almost 50 years, and her roots run deep. Wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, foxes, rabbits, hawks, and falcons are her neighbors, with the occasional golden eagle and elk. Suncrest is an oasis, just far enough from the chaos of the city.

American Fork, Provo, Big Cottonwood, and Little Cottonwood Canyons are close by for outdoor lovers, and Utah's incredible national parks are a short trip away. Suncrest and Draper are ideal for bikers, hikers, and anyone who loves living above the inversion. When she wants a break, you may find her at the aquarium or Thanksgiving Point. Sariah was involved in the 2002 Winter Olympics when Utah hosted, and she is looking forward to the Games returning to Salt Lake City in 2034.
Early in her career, Sariah found her niche in manufactured and mobile homes, truly affordable living that gives first-time homeowners a way to start their journey to homeownership and build wealth. Helping those buyers has been one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She has deep expertise in financing, titling, HUD-code distinctions, and converting chattel to real property, a specialty most agents avoid.
